Location: Felixstowe
Engagement: Freelance
Rate: £450 - £500 per day (outside IR35)

Key responsibilities for this Design Manager position:
1. Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager & Senior Design Manager
2. Management of the Design process from Pre-construction and Live level
3. Manage your own time to get the projects completed
Experience required for this Design Manager position:
4. Experience working as a Design Manager previously
5. Able to manage the Design process from start to finish
6. Management of any change in the Design for projects
7. Experience working on schemes from £10m-£50m in value
8. Experience working on projects such as Residential schemes and framework projects
9. IT literate
