We’re looking for an ambitious, driven, and experienced Private Client Paralegal to join our exceptional team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career while working with a supportive and professional team.
What you will be doing:
* Communicating with and updating clients, colleagues, and third parties by email, phone, and in person
* Managing administrative aspects of legal matters efficiently
* Supporting legal advisers and meeting your individual financial targets
* Attending client and third-party meetings (with or without legal advisers), taking notes, and assisting in discussions
* Drafting and preparing legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, tax submissions, and probate applications
What you will need:
We seek a motivated individual with a strong background in private client matters. Ideally, you will have:
* A solid understanding of wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration
* The ability to manage a varied workload efficiently
* Excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional client service
* A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
