This is a 14-month secondment opportunity for the post holder to provide clinical leadership on Melly Ward, ensuring effective monitoring and implementation of standards and evidence-based practice to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
The post holder will manage and facilitate learning within the nursing team, manage resources effectively, and drive improvements based on evidence-based practice. They will respond to issues, escalate concerns, and recommend changes within the clinical environment.
Main duties of the job
* Lead and direct the nursing team clinically.
* Conduct comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments.
* Promote high standards of nursing care based on best practices.
* Encourage health and well-being among patients.
* Undertake clinical shifts.
