Your new role
Due to continued growth, this successful organisation is seeking a talented finance professional to join its expanding finance team as Group Reporting Manager.The Group Reporting Manager will have strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills and demonstrable experience in the continued development of processes, systems and controls, ensuringpliance across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee the Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, and Reporting teams.
2. Review and supervise the month-end close process and subsequent reporting.
3. Ensure accuracy andpliance in all external reporting, including statutory accounts.
4. Liaise with auditors toplete statutory audits and with tax advisors to prepare corporation tax returns.
5. Support the integration of acquisitions onto the ERP system.
6. Experience of one of the following: 365 Business Central, Oracle, NetSuite, Navision, JDA, ERP systems would be an advantage.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an ambitious Group Financial Accountant or an experienced Group Reporting Manager with the following skills and experience:
Technical Expertise
7. Proven experience producing consolidated accounts.
8. Strong knowledge of statutory reporting (FRS102 & IFRS).
9. Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
Leadership Skills:
10. Experience managing and mentoring finance teams.
11. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
Behaviouralpetencies:
12. Excellent written and verbalmunication skills.
13. Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
14. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
