A highly respected, Legal 500-ranked Real Estate team is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join at Associate or Senior Associate level. What you’ll do
Advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
* Development and investment transactions
* Portfolio and asset management
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Sector-specific and strategic property projects
Clients include national and regional developers, real estate investors, infrastructure and telecoms providers, and leisure and retail operators. You’ll have direct client contact and autonomy from an early stage, supported by experienced Partners.
About you
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ years’ PQE
* Strong experience in mainstream commercial real estate work
* Excellent client-handling and communication skills
* Commercially minded and collaborative
* Committed to building long-term client relationships
