Construction Multi-Skilled Operative
Location: Bromborough, Wirral
Contract: Full-time, permanent

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Construction Multi-Skilled Operativeto join our team and support the Project Manager and Site Supervisor teams.
Role Summary:
As a Construction Multi-Skilled Operative, you will play a key role in supporting various projects across several industrial sites within the North West. This is an excellent opportunity for Construction Multi-Skilled Operatives to gain valuable experience and develop skills in projects which may include civils work, fit-out projects, or engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and complete all day-to-day construction requirements to support a project on industrial sites
* Provide support to project team
* DIY & general building maintenance for example, tiling, basic plumbing, joinery, painting and decorating, basic electrical works.
* Carry out construction tasks in an efficient and safe manner.
* Comply with safe working practices & report faulty equipment and potential hazards.
* Provide thorough daily updates regarding progression of construction tasks
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in similar role
* An ability to use initiative to achieve pro-active site construction/maintenance.
* General maintenance skills - painting, decorating, joinery and basic plumbing/electrical
* Good communication skills as this will be a client facing role.
* Ability to work to deadlines.
* Good organisational skills.
* Work well as part of a team.
