Requirements Experience working with children or young people in a residential setting (Ofsted-regulated experience essential) Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Strong understanding of safeguarding and child-centred practice Confident leading shifts and mentoring others Resilient, empathetic, and committed to achieving positive outcomes Please note: This role requires proven experience working in an Ofsted-regulated childrens home.
