We are looking for a Finance Administrator, to join our Client in their well-established Finance Team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Uploading Invoices to various Client Portals
* Building Invoices on the internal system, ready for dispatch to various Clients
* Adding / loading quotes and jobs the internal system
* Responding to emergency call out requests from clients and actioning within required timeframes / SLAs
* Handling and completing all related Administration work to a high standard
* Dealing with telephone calls from Clients / Contractors and staff from other areas within the business
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent customer service skills
* Positive ‘can do’ attitude
* Ability to work individually, as well as part of a team
