User Acquisition Manager - F2P mobile games
Hybrid in London office - 2 days per week
I'm working with a client who are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to lead paid marketing efforts for their mobile games. You'll manage high-impact campaigns across multiple platforms to acquire new players and scale growth profitably. This role works closely with product, analytics and marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, launch, and optimize UA campaigns across multiple channels
* Analyze campaign performance using KPIs like CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention
* Own channel-level budgets and deliver efficient spend outcomes
* Collaborate with creative teams to test and iterate ad creatives
Requirements:
* 3 - 5 years of hands-on UA experience in mobile games
* Proven success managing performance campaigns at scale
* Strong analytical skills with Excel, campaign dashboards, or SQL
* Experience with casual mobile games
* Cross promotions, working with monetisation and live ops teams
* Experience with analytics
* Familiarity with tools such as Adjust and Appsflyer
