The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: Up to £45,000 (Depending on your experience).
* Hours: Monday – Friday (Saturdays on a fair rota).
* Holiday: 30 days paid holiday (including Bank Holidays).

What You Will Be Doing
* Race Prep: Tuning, custom modifications, and fabrication to get vehicles track-ready.
* Specialist 4x4: Enhanced servicing and bespoke off-road performance upgrades.
* Classic Restorations: Chassis swaps, engine rebuilds, and high-value restoration projects.
* Technical Work: Diagnostics, welding, fabrication, and working on modern Hybrid/EV systems.
Are You The One?
* You are an experienced Car Mechanic or Technician (Formal qualifications are great, but your hands-on skill is what we value).
* You have a genuine passion for Motorsport, 4x4s, or Classic Cars.
* You have a problem-solving mindset and want to learn fabrication and welding.
* You are based in or near Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, or Southborough.
