Location: Whitley Bay
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (35 hours/week)
Salary: £22,250 per annum
What you will be doing
* Review initial client information: assess and check documentation and details provided by clients to ensure all necessary information is complete, accurate and ready for the next stage of processing.
* Manage triage process: send files for triage, review triage reports, and ensure that cases are categorised correctly based on complexity, client needs and potential outcomes.
* Support fee earners and team members: provide administrative and legal support to solicitors and other colleagues as required—this may include preparing correspondence, drafting standard legal documents, updating case management systems and liaising with clients and third parties.
* File handling and case management: maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with firm policies, and assist in the smooth running of client matters from start to finish.
