The Opportunity:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Architect to take the lead on exciting new projects. You’ll be responsible for running jobs from concept to completion, with full client and consultant liaison, team coordination, and site delivery responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects across all RIBA stages, with full responsibility for job running
Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
Manage internal project teams and delegate tasks effectively
Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Produce and oversee detailed technical drawings and specifications
Contribute to design development and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle
Attend site meetings and carry out inspections as required
Requirements:
ARB-registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years post-Part III experience
Proven job-running experience across a mix of sectors – residential and commercial experience preferred
Strong technical knowledge and experience in construction detailing and building regulations
Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential); Revit experience (desirable)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Confident working independently and as part of a team
A full UK driving licence (essential)
