The Role:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and developing engineering recruitment opportunities while building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement
* Building and developing relationships with engineering clients
* Sourcing and engaging skilled engineering professionals
* Managing existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities
* Providing consultative recruitment solutions to clients
* Negotiating offers and managing the placement process
* Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
* Contributing to the continued growth of the branch
This is a role that offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with an established customer base within a highly successful team.
About You
We are looking for recruiters who can demonstrate:
* Previous recruitment agency experience
* Experience within Engineering recruitment is highly desirable
* Temporary or permanent recruitment experience will be considered
* Strong business development and relationship-building skills
* A proactive and commercially driven approach
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* A desire to progress within a successful and growing business
