Fabric Maintenance Engineers – Building Services Maintenance – Up to £35k + Door to Door, Overtime + Vehicle + Package
We are recruiting for 3 Fabric Maintenance Engineers to work in their Service and Maintenance team. These roles are based around the Lancashire area with travel to client sites daily within a 20 miles radius. A van and tools are provided for weekly checks, onsite repairs, and buddying up with other engineers on HVAC tasks.
The organisation has seen steady growth, doubling in size over the past 4 years, with contracts signed up and a full order book through to 2029.
Responsibilities include performing PPMs, repairs, and call outs. There is an on-call rota 1 in 5 currently across the region.
Package
* Salary £26,000 OTE £35,000
* 40 hr week – door to door
* On call payment – £145 per week, double time on callouts
* Overtime time weekdays, evenings and weekends
* Fully paid sick pay for 6 months

Requirements
* Used to performing repairs to various buildings – Essential
* Trade background & Health and Safety knowledge – Essential
* C&G or NVQ level 2 or above trained – Desirable
* Full Driving Licence – Clean is Desirable
* CRB checked – Essential
This role would suit someone who has worked within Building Services, M&E, Construction, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, Fire & Security, or related fields.
