About the Role
As Procurement Coordinator, you will support the sourcing of premium transportation partners and service providers worldwide. You’ll help maintain CharterHire’s curated network of operators that meet our luxury, safety, and compliance benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding new operators across aviation, maritime, and ground transport.
* Manage supplier documentation, compliance checks, and contractual updates.
* Conduct market research to track pricing, availability, and emerging service providers.
* Maintain procurement databases and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
* Support negotiations and rate discussions with existing suppliers.
* Collaborate with operations to ensure supplier performance aligns with service expectations.
Requirements
* Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management (preferably in travel, aviation, or luxury services).
* Strong analytical and organisational skills.
* Ability to communicate professionally with high-level vendors.
* Detail-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
