Requirements for the role of Senior Nurse (RGN): You must have a Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN) Valid NMC Pin Clear DBS Good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices and CQC regulations Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments. About the Nursing Home: This neurological care centre is a specialist care and rehabilitation service based in four acres of landscaped grounds in Essex. The centre offers 24-hour specialised nursing care and is comprised of 52 beds spread across three units and three individual care pathway pre-discharge bungalows. The team provides treatment and care for people with neurological conditions such as acquired brain injuries (trauma, infection, strokes), spinal cord injuries and peripheral or progressive conditions, with or without complex needs. The centre has grown and developed over the years into a centre of excellence that contains a full multi-disciplinary clinical team and state-of-the-art equipment. The original building has grown from the original Officers' Mess into a light, airy and tranquil building with large wide corridors and a vibrancy of activity throughout the day.
