Role Description
As a General Manager at Loungers Ltd, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning, exceptional customer service, and consistent team management. You will lead, train, and support your team, drive profitability, and strive for high standards in service and food quality. Responsibilities include managing budgets, evaluating performance metrics, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for customers. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wilmslow, dedicated to fostering an engaging workplace and unforgettable customer experiences.
