Job Description La Cucina is a notable venue within Fairmont St Andrews, and we are seeking a Manager to oversee its smooth operation while ensuring the venue is maintained to Fairmont standards A little more about what you will be doing: To take responsibility for the Food and Beverage operation in La Cucina, allocating appropriate staffing resource monitoring Fairmont standards and assuring they are all met. To take responsibility for the checking of schedules, incentives for Food and Beverage Sales, and training. To ensure that the standards of service are adhered to and exceeded on each shift. To attend to all guest requests, being constantly aware of anticipating guests needs. Keep records of purchase orders and expenses. Manage staff recruitment alongside of the Human Resource Department. Attends to complaints concerning food and beverage services. To reorder stock as and when required. Observe workplace hygiene, occupational health and safety, and security procedures. Responsible for keeping payroll in line with revenues. Other Duties as assigned.
