We're hiring a Production Coordinator
£28,000 - £30,000 plus bonus, health scheme, 25 days holiday

Think of this role as the glue that holds everything together. You'll be the one making sure works orders are raised, stock's in the right place at the right time, and production runs smoothly without a hitch.
One minute you'll be setting up new product records and Bills of Materials (BOMs), the next you'll be monitoring stock levels, solving problems before they become problems, and keeping the whole business in the loop.

What you'll be doing:
Owning the works order process (raise, track, close, repeat).
Setting up new products & BOMs with eagle-eye accuracy.
Keeping stock levels in check — bottles, lids, packaging, the lot.
Coordinating between Production, Warehouse, Sales, Planning & Finance.
Tracking stock movements, returns & wastage like a pro.
Being the go-to person that keeps everyone connected and informed.
What you'll bring:
Experience in production, manufacturing, or supply chain coordination: 6 months to 24 months' experience would be the sweet spot to give you a taster, but keeping this role a challenge.
A love of organisation & detail.
Confidence communicating across different teams.
ERP system know-how (Sage = big plus) & solid Excel skills.
Calm under pressure, even when juggling multiple priorities.
