About the Role As the Facilities Manager, youll take responsibility for the management, performance, and compliance of all hard services across the site. Youll bring a strategic approach to maintenance, ensuring assets are not only safe and reliable but aligned with long-term business growth and sustainability goals. Youll lead the delivery of maintenance, projects, and contractor performance, while maintaining full accountability for legislative and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Oversee all hard facilities and building maintenance services, ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory standards. Develop and implement strategic maintenance plans to future-proof assets and optimise lifecycle performance. Manage and monitor contractor performance, ensuring value for money and adherence to SLAs and KPIs. Lead on budget control, forecasting, and capital planning. Provide strategic input into site development, engineering projects, and infrastructure upgrades. Maintain strong SHE (Safety, Health & Environmental) standards and drive a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align FM strategy with business objectives. About You Youll be from a dynamic, operationally demanding environment where engineering, precision, and performance are key such as pharmaceutical, FMCG, Formula One, automotive, or aerospace sectors. Youll have: Strong experience managing hard FM services across technically complex facilities. A proven record of maintaining legislative and regulatory compliance in safety-critical industries. Expertise in contract and contractor management, including negotiation, governance, and performance improvement. Strategic thinking and the ability to plan and deliver long-term maintenance and investment programmes. Financial acumen, including experience managing Opex and Capex budgets. Recognised qualifications in engineering, facilities management, or related disciplines. Why Join?
