Are you a dynamic and proactive administrator ready to take on a crucial front:of:house role supporting a major construction contractor in Teesside? We are seeking an exceptional Site Administrator
This is full:time requiring commitment 5 days a week (Monday : Friday) on site. We offer a competitive rate of GBP15.00 per hour for a motivated professional ready for an immediate start.
Your Mission: Site and Commercial Coordination
This role goes beyond typical reception duties, placing you at the heart of daily site operations, compliance, and team support.
Area of Responsibility
Key Deliverables
Front:of:House Management
Serve as the professional face of the project, providing a welcoming approach for all visitors, staff, and incoming deliveries, maintaining a professional office environment.
Logistics and Scheduling Command
Coordinate the daily flow of subcontractor access, organize resource allocation, and manage meeting schedules for the site management team.
Safety Protocol Administration
Manage all initial site safety arrangements, ensuring timely completion and filing of induction paperwork to support the overall HSES (Health, Safety, Environment, and Security) framework.
Compliance and Record Integrity
Ensure meticulous record:keeping across project databases, securing all vital project and commercial compliance documentation.
Stakeholder Liaison
Maintain clear and timely communication with the Site Manager, specialized HSES teams, and all tiers of the supply chain to troubleshoot access or logistical issues.
Operational Troubleshooting
Act as the first point of contact for solving issues related to office services, equipment functionality, and general administrative bottlenecks.
Essentials for Success

Location: Proven ability and willingness to work 5 days a week on:site in Teesside.

Experience: Previous administrative experience, ideally within a construction site office or civil engineering environment.

Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
