We are seeking a confident and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our well-established domiciliary care branch in Bolton. With a strong infrastructure in place, this is an ideal opportunity for a manager looking to focus on quality, growth and team leadership—without the pressure of on-call duties or delivering personal care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and lead the daily operations of the service
• Ensure ongoing compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards
• Manage and support office staff, care coordinators, and team leaders
• Drive recruitment, staff retention and professional development
• Work closely with clients, families, and external professionals to deliver person-centred care
• Focus on continuous improvement and strategic growth of the branch
• Benefit from no on-call or care delivery responsibilities
Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in domiciliary care
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
• NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care or working towards
• Proactive, professional, and committed to quality and compliance
