I'm working with a multi-site SME business who are looking to appoint a new Finance Manager to join their team at their offices in Barnsley.
This is a great opportunity for either a Management Accountant who has managed a team before or an experienced Finance manager!
What your role will involve as Finance Manager:
* Preparation of monthly management accounts.
* Year-end financial accounts liaising with our external auditors.
* Monthly board pack reporting including variance analysis and KPI testing.
* Budgeting and financial forecasting.
* Preparation and processing of payroll, PAYE and pension contributions.
* Key account reconciliations with particular focus on trade debtor and trade creditor management, managing cash flow.
* Implementation and testing of accounting controls and procedures.
* Petty cash management and audit.
What I'm looking for in a candidate:
* AAT/ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualfieid
* Experienced using sage line 50 and sagepay
* Experience in the care or health sector
* Experience managing/mentoring a team of accountants
