Location: Kingston House, Hull
Type: Permanent, Part Time (17.5 hpw)
Salary: Earn £12.60 per hour (£24,638 per annum [pro rata]) plus benefits including Health Cash Plan

Join a caring team that empowers you to make a difference. As our Supported Living Worker, you'll support customers with learning disabilities to develop independence in our Outstanding-rated CQC service. Help them achieve their goals and aspirations daily.
Typical duties include:
* Assisting with practical daily tasks to promote independence.
* Supporting with meals, shopping, budgeting, and tenancy maintenance.
* Facilitating attendance at appointments, hobbies, college, or work.
* Providing personal care and medication support as per support plans.
* Conducting risk assessments, support planning, and reviews.
You will have:
* A Level 2 Health and Social Care Certificate or willingness to achieve it.
* A passion for supporting others and attention to detail.
* Experience caring for others, whether professionally or personally.
* The ability to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and be resilient.
* A flexible, empathetic approach tailored to individual needs.
