Risk Manager - Renewable Energy - 12 Month Contract - Hybrid Working - Glasgow Office
My client is a large UK based company, and they are currently looking for a Risk Manager to join their biggest renewable energy project and lead the development and management of the project Risk Register, including Risk identification, Assessment, and development of mitigation strategies with the project team.
Some of your responsibilities for this role will be:
* Risk Reviews: Lead regular Risk Reviews across all packages. Identify the top risks and potential impacts (schedule and cost) and associated mitigation actions and options.
* Risk Analysis: Lead Risk analysis across all packages, identify trends and develop mitigation strategies.
* QRA: lead the Quantitative Risk Analysis process, including production of QSRA and QCRA.
* Risk Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly Risk Management reports for senior management and JV Board to provide clear, accurate and timely Risk information to support evidence-based decision making.
Essential skills you will need to be successful:
1. Significant experience (min. 5 years) leading Risk Management activity in complex Large Capital Projects.
2. Knowledge of delivery of Large Capital Projects in Renewables, utility, infrastructure, or Oil and Gas.
