Housing Management Worker
Earn £13.45 per hour (£26,300 per annum) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan.
Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm; some evening and weekend cover may be required occasionally.
Location: Railway Bridge View, Brighouse.

What you’ll do
* Work with people predominantly aged 55+ who may have a care or support need, disability or long‑term health condition.
* Ensure our customers' properties are homes they can be proud of by engaging and involving them in their tenancies.
* Support customers with housing benefit claims, ensuring these are processed on their rent account.
* Turn around vacant or void properties within set timescales to maximise occupancy.
* Carry out and record routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities.
* Manage admin tasks, updating records, ordering, and arranging payment for works to be done.

You have
* Background in property management (not mandatory); experience in compliance and health & safety checks is an advantage.
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service and a genuine desire to help customers.
* Ability to work independently and positively influence people from all backgrounds.
* Confidence working collaboratively with colleagues in other parts of the business and with external partners.
* Passion for property and thrill in ensuring our properties are the best they can be for customers.
The practical bits
* Work pattern between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday; some evening and weekend cover may be required occasionally.
* Based at the Community Wellbeing Service in Brighouse; spend most time at the service.
* Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans, making benefit claims and doing tenancy sign‑ups.
* Need an Enhanced DBS check; we pay for that.
