An opportunity has arisen for a full time, well organised and enthusiastic individual to join the reception team at Cygnet House, Adult Community Mental Health Team.

Adult Community Mental Health Team is a friendly and supportive team. Reception is a fast-paced environment, so the desired candidate should have the ability to work well under pressure, prioritise their own workload, and work as a team player.
Responsibilities
* Administer outpatient clinics, liaising with doctors, service users and professional staff on an ongoing basis.
* Welcome visitors to the unit, take first line telephone calls, and maintain a positive, professional and welcoming approach.
* Manage doctor diaries and support clinic operations.
* Use Microsoft Office effectively and meet tight deadlines.
* Communicate clearly both written and verbally, and work effectively with the larger team.
Qualifications & Skills
* Well‑organised, enthusiastic, and able to work full‑time.
* Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a team‑player attitude.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and clinic administration.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
