Support the month-end and year-end close processes. Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records. Process invoices, payments, and expense reports. Monitor and manage cash flow activities. Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure financial compliance. Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors as needed. Profile A successful Assistant Accountant should have: A background in accounting or finance, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel. An organised and detail-oriented approach to work.
