We’re recruiting an FM Coordinator to join our growing team and provide vital coordination and support so that our Works Delivery service runs smoothly and efficiently and delivers an exceptional customer experience.

You will need to use all your learned processes, organisational skills, and ability to check and challenge to help us deliver a first-class service.

You will be a strong team player with a customer-focused approach. You will possess excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised individual who thrives on making processes better and keeping multiple work‑streams on track.

You will:

* Have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail, focus, and be a good self-starter.
* Be a confident user of digital document systems (OneDrive/ SharePoint), able to use Excel and other products to an advanced level and comfortable learning new housing‑sector software
* Possess a customer‑focused approach and the ability to liaise effectively with both technical teams and social‑housing tenants
* Show a “can‑do” attitude, ready to roll up your sleeves and deliver improvements across the service
