Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the delivery and execution of the workstreams defined on the rolling cyber security programme of work
* Support the Head of Cyber Security to continuously assess and adjust the strategy and its delivery plan
* Engage security, technology, and business stakeholders to prioritise and evangelise cyber security improvement work.
* Produce appropriate level of documentation, effectively managing issues and risks and ensuring the work package or project meets the agreed budget, time and quality constraints
* Support the implementation and assessment of governmental standards including 'secure-by-design' and GovAssure
* Support the Head of Cyber Security to mature security operations in priority areas of need, for example the Third-Party Risk Management, External Attack Surface Management, vulnerability management, and pan-BFI detective abilities.
Person Specifications:
* Proven success in managing and delivering cyber security work package, projects and programmes.
* Demonstrable knowledge and practical experience of agile project management methodologies, including Scrum.
* Strong knowledge in certain security domains such as the Third-Party Risk Management (TRPM) and excellent general understanding of cyber security.
* Proven ability to facilitate team bonding and reflection for a continuously improving process and practice using techniques such as standups and retrospectives.
* A dynamic personality and demonstrable abilities to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
* Passion for innovating the way of working with a focus on simplicity and efficiency
Salary: £65,943 - £77,907
