We are delighted to be working with a fast-growing, independent finance arrangement service provider based in Milton Keynes to help them find their next Junior Commercial Finance Broker.
In this role, you will play a key part in new business development within a B2B sales environment. Experience in the financial sector would be an advantage but is not essential.
Key duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
1. Actively developing new relationships with clients from a variety of industries through prospecting, qualifying leads, and developing an initial understanding of clients' requirements.
2. Supporting outbound sales and marketing activities and campaigns to set up business calls and meetings on behalf of the Senior Brokers.
3. Identifying new prospects through research and online networking.
What you'll need to succeed:
* Experience in telesales, contact centre, or new business development.
* Previously worked in the commercial finance sector or B2B outbound/proactive sales environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Good team player, able to support colleagues at all levels.
* Keen to learn and confident in your own ability.
What you'll get in return:
* A competitive salary of £24,000-£25,000, with scope to increase as you move into Account Manager/Senior Broker roles, with realistic £15k-£20k commissions in the first year (uncapped, so earning potential is higher!).
