Location: Walsall, West Midlands
Contract: Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week
Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of customer-focused services that achieve key performance indicators and high satisfaction levels
* Oversee neighbourhood plans within your region, identifying opportunities for joint working and boundary collaboration
* Use performance and neighbourhood data to inform operational decision-making and service improvements
* Support contract monitoring and performance management activity
* Develop effective working relationships with contractors, partner agencies, local authorities and internal stakeholders
* Assist in maintaining high standards of neighbourhood and contracted service delivery
* Support the management and development of a high-performing team
* Contribute to the implementation of service strategies, policies and operational improvements
* Support budget monitoring and performance in line with business objectives
Qualifications
* Recent and relevant experience within housing, with a strong understanding of neighbourhood services
* Experience of managing or supporting teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes
* Experience of partnership working with agencies, contractors and stakeholders
* Knowledge of housing management legislation, regulation and operational practice
* Experience of developing or implementing housing strategies, policies or service improvements
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to support decision-making
* Excellent communication and report‑writing skills
* Strong IT skills with the ability to use systems and data effectively
* The ability to work under pressure, manage conflicting priorities and make sound decisions
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
