Care Support Worker – Adult Education Centre | N8 | September Start Axcis Education is recruiting for a caring and reliable Care Support Worker to join an adult education centre in the N8 area from September on a full‑time basis. This role involves supporting young adults and adult learners with additional needs, helping them access education, life skills, and daily activities within a supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities
* Support learners with SEND and complex needs
* Assist with personal care where required
* Promote independence, confidence and wellbeing
* Support learners during educational and practical activities
* Work closely with teaching and care staff to ensure student safety and engagement
Qualifications
* Experience working within care, SEND or support work settings
* Comfortable supporting personal care needs
* Patient, compassionate and reliable approach
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience supporting adults with additional needs desirable
