Pay: 90 –£110 per day (PAYE)

Our Introduction to Thrive course gives you the tools to:
1. Understand and support children with social, emotional, or behavioural needs
2. Build positive, lasting relationships with pupils
3. Help create calmer, more focused learning environments
It’s a highly valued skill that schools look for—and it’ll give you the confidence to make an impact from day one.
What your role could involve:
4. Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
5. Helping to manage behaviour and maintain routines
6. Assisting the class teacher with learning and engagement
7. Supporting pupils with SEND or SEMH needs
What we’re looking for:
8. Availability Monday to Friday (term time only)
9. A caring, proactive, and dependable approach
10. Experience working with children or young people (ideal but not essential)
11. Interest in education, care, psychology, or SEND

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
