Property Damage & Recoveries Solicitor - Birmingham - Hybrid - up to £55,000
An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Insurance Lawyer to join a well-established national law firm within its specialist Property Damage and Recoveries team. The role focuses on claimant-led subrogated recovery work, acting for insurer clients on a broad portfolio of household and commercial property claims.
The successful candidate will manage a caseload of property damage recovery matters arising from a wide range of perils including fire, flood, escape of water, impact and product liability. Claims are typically valued in excess of £10,000, with exposure to higher-value matters in the £10,000–£100,000 range and beyond.
This is a technical and, at times, client-facing role suited to a well-rounded lawyer with a strong interest in property recoveries. In addition to delivering high-quality legal solutions, you will be encouraged to support client relationship development, including involvement in training, mentoring and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
