We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide dedicated one‑to‑one administrative support to a neurodiverse worker within the Family Intervention Service. This is a fixed‑term role for 22.5 hours per week over an initial eight‑month period, with the potential for a further 12‑month extension following review.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accurately minute and record meetings with children, young people, and their families.
2. Upload documentation to the child’s electronic record system.
3. Support diary and calendar management in collaboration with the worker.
4. Assist with Access to Work documentation, recordings, and claims.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
5. Has experience in minuting complex and sensitive meetings.
6. Demonstrates excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills.
7. Possesses solid IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
8. Can work proactively, using their own initiative.
9. Understands and respects the confidential nature of work involving vulnerable children and families.
Experience with bespoke IT systems is an advantage; however, full training will be provided.
