We are looking for a Head of Procurement and Supply Chain for a growing sustainable FMCG Business to join them.
This is a key senior leadership position, responsible for driving our global procurement strategy. You’ll lead sourcing, supplier partnerships, cost management, and sustainability initiatives to ensure they deliver high-quality, responsible, and innovative solutions to for the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the global procurement strategy
* Lead supplier relationship management and negotiate strategic agreements.
* Drive innovation and sustainability throughout the supply chain.
* Ensure compliance, risk management, and ethical sourcing practices.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Operations, and Sustainability teams.
* Mentor and lead a high-performing team
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a senior procurement leadership role or end to end supply chain, ideally within packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing.
* Passion for sustainability
* Strong team management skills
* Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and sustainability.
* A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
This is a hybrid position where you will be expected to be in the office 3 days a week
Salary bracket from £65,000 - £70,000 + bonus and benefits.
