Procurement Manager – Offshore & Renewable Energy

Overview
Opportunity for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and strengthen the strategic procurement function within a growing offshore and renewable energy division. The role will drive efficiency, value, and sustainable supply chain performance across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic procurement policies and frameworks.
* Lead supplier negotiations and manage complex, high-value contracts.
* Build and maintain a resilient, compliant, and cost-effective supply chain.
* Oversee risk, performance, and commercial governance across all procurement activities.
* Foster strong relationships with suppliers and contractors across the global energy market.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years’ procurement experience within energy or infrastructure sectors.
* Proven leadership and commercial acumen, with success managing large supplier networks.
* Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation, and risk management.
* Desirable: Offshore wind or marine logistics experience, cross-border contract management, and international supplier engagement (including APAC).
Qualifications
* Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline (desirable).
* Professional accreditation such as CIPS (desirable).
