We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant and Midday Supervisor to work closely with pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing tailored support and pastoral care throughout the school day. What You'll Be Doing *Support children's learning and emotional development in the classroom. *Supervise and care for pupils during lunch and playtimes. *Encourage interaction, independence and positive behaviour. *Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement support strategies.
