Shivom is a fast-growing consultancy delivering technology, transformation, and assurance services across the UK public and private sectors. We're expanding our governance, risk, and compliance practice and seeking an ISO Management Systems Auditor who values integrity, continuous improvement, and strong client relationships. About the Role As an ISO Auditor, you will plan, conduct, and report on internal and external audits across a range of management system standards. You'll work with out internal staff, diverse clients, carrying out site-based assessments, remote reviews, and report writing, balancing fieldwork with flexible, hybrid working. Key Responsibilities
* Plan, conduct, and report on internal and external audits against ISO standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and ISO 45001
* Deliver professional, risk-based assessments that add measurable value to clients.
* Lead opening and closing meetings, clearly communicating scope, process, findings, and recommendations.
* Produce accurate, concise, and actionable audit reports
* Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders across varied sectors.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant ISO standards, auditing practices, UK regulations, and (where applicable) UKAS/certification body requirements.
* Support clients to strengthen, embed, and continually improve their management systems.
What You'll Bring
Essential
* Internal or Lead Auditor qualification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, or ISO 45001
* Strong industry knowledge with hands-on experience in compliance, risk, assurance, or management systems.
* Demonstrable audit experience (conducting or supporting audits), ideally across multiple ISO standards.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and manage regional travel (typically within London M25 ), with occasional national travel and overnight stays.
* Holds active SC/DV clearance or is eligible to obtain SC/DV clearance (eg, UK Citizen, UK residency/background meeting vetting criteria).
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
Desirable
* Experience operating within UKAS or certification body environments.
* Degree/BA or equivalent professional experience.
* Minimum Level 3 Health & Safety qualification (eg, NEBOSH General Certificate, NVQ Level 3 in OHS) with 2+ years' relevant H&S experience.
