About the Practice
We are a friendly and progressive mixed veterinary practice based across Uttoxeter and Tutbury, with dedicated teams for both small animal and large animal care. Our practice prides itself on delivering high-quality veterinary services alongside compassionate, client-focused care.
How You’ll Make a Difference
Most of your time will be spent on farm locations across Staffordshire and Derbyshire, with administration carried out at our practice in Uttoxeter. A true passion for the farm sector and the ability to build strong bonds with our farming clients are essential for success. This is a full‑time permanent role working 40 hours per week and will include working Saturdays on a rota basis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, cheerful, and exhibit effective and confident communication skills. Attention to detail must be very high and full training will be provided.
Minimum Requirements
* At least 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English and a Science subject or Food Production
* Full driving licence
* Previous livestock experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided
* Flexible working hours, with the potential for some early starts
