Shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 2 AM - 10 AM (with some flexibility)

About the Role:
As our Warehouse Night Manager, you'll be at the helm of our nightshift operations, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of newspapers and magazines to our retailers. This dynamic role within our management team will have you taking charge of:
* Supervising and mentoring staff, identifying training needs, and providing coaching.
* Generating accurate reports to highlight challenges and successes.
* Collaborating with the management team to identify potential risks.
* Upholding a high standard of health and safety at all times.
* Ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies.
* Working within an annual budget and forecast.

About You:
You bring a proven track record of success in a warehouse management role. You should be able to demonstrate:
* Experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to manage large operations and liaise effectively at all levels.
* Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with team members and management.
* Experience in planning and executing night operations, adept at handling challenges as they arise.
* Tenacity and a results-driven approach to exceeding targets and delivering exceptional client experiences.
* Computer literacy, with confidence in using technology and IT systems, particularly MS Office.
* Strong business acumen and financial awareness.
