We are partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit a Benefits Assistant on a permanent basis in central London.
Reporting to a Benefits Lead and working within a team of five, you will support a headcount of c.3,000 across EMEA and the delivery of employee benefits programmes, ensuring processes are administered efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy. Responsibilities will include maintaining and updating benefits data across HR systems and spreadsheets, supporting enrolments and changes, liaising with providers, and assisting with reporting and project work to support wider team objectives. There is a high volume of work due to the geographies involved with annual enrolment throughout the year. Process improvement and automation will play a key focus in this role with the team looking to move further away from manual processes.
The successful candidate will be highly organised and detail oriented, comfortable managing senior stakeholders and acting as a key point of contact for employee queries, proactively following up on outstanding information and ensuring deadlines are met.
