On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be doing: Legal contract management control all formats of contractual documentation within Toyota Material Handling UK Checking and administer rental, service and all commercial agreements Review, record negotiation and sign-off of Non-Disclosure Agreements Liaise directly with Customer’s legal teams on contract negotiations, as necessary.
