IT Infrastructure Manager
* Inverness (2-3 days on-site)
* 6-Month Contract
* 4350-500 per day
* Outside IR35
We're looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager with strong network expertise to join a key client on an initial 6-month contract. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently lead infrastructure operations while taking ownership of network performance, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage the organisation's IT infrastructure estate
* Lead on network design, implementation, and optimisation
* Ensure high availability, performance, and security across systems
* Manage and support infrastructure projects and upgrades
* Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors
Key Experience Required
* Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Manager or similar role
* Strong networking expertise (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs)
* Experience with enterprise infrastructure environments
* Solid understanding of cloud platforms, virtualisation, and security best practices
* Ability to lead projects and drive technical delivery
* Excellent stakeholder communication skills
