The role of
Cocktail Waiter
* Act as the link between the bar and the floor, translating the skill and artistry of our bartenders into an exceptional guest experience.
* Engage with guests to understand their preferences and flavour profiles, offering thoughtful cocktail recommendations - be proud to serve what we're proud to create!
* Bring energy, professionalism, and personality to every shift – you’re our greatest asset!
What you'll bring
* A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role within a cocktail bar or drinks-led restaurant.
* A genuine passion for cocktails, with a strong knowledge of the classics, their history, and preparation techniques.
* Confidence, charisma, and a natural ability to make guests feel welcome and valued.
