Please note this role is for Night Shifts.
12 hour shifts, 4 days on, 4 days off.
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Construction Manager to join their team on a contract basis. The role offers a shift allowance as this is a Night shift.
Job Description/Purpose -
* Lead a multi-discipline team and coordinate with other functions to safely execute the site construction works.
* Has excellent awareness of CDM, construction and health and safety legislation.
* Ability to chair and control stakeholder and supplier meetings at a senior level.
* Communicates effectively with stakeholders including facility personnel, vendors and sub-contractors.
* Capable of assignment to lead large scale and/or multiple projects.
* Shows great awareness of procedural importance and can demonstrate a wider understanding of nuclear safety and the management of design intent.
* Able to integrate programs and delivery methods across the wider business.
Essential Experience –
* 10 Years or more construction experience
* Experience as a Construction Manager
* OND, HND, Degree or equivalent, working for membership of a recognised construction-related professional body.
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* SC or DV Clearance is advantageous
