The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join the team and play a pivotal role in shaping successful bids and project wins. This senior role will involve end-to-end estimating responsibilities, collaborating closely with the Pre-construction and Commercial leadership to ensure bids are competitive, comprehensive and aligned with our strategic aims. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost plans and full project estimates from early stage through to final submission. Manage subcontractor and supplier enquiries, assess returns and incorporate into tender proposals. Identify value-engineering opportunities and develop bid strategies with the pre-construction team.
