Contract Role – Oracle HCM Specialist – Warwick/Hybrid – 12 Months Initial – Inside IR35
Role Overview:
* Job Title: Oracle HCM Specialist
* Location: Warwick/Hybrid (Hybrid working to be agreed with the team lead, typically it’s no more than 2 days per week).
* Contract Type: Contract
* Duration: 12 months initially, with high potential for extension
Oracle HCM Specialist will be responsible for the maintenance and support of Oracle-based human resources and payroll database system. Functional role predominantly with some technical ability required. The following skills are required in addition to IT related skills: Application knowledge of the client business process, Communication skills with end users, Understanding the end user issues/concerns; prioritizing issues for resolution, Address questions/issues raised by end users, Client IT individuals or help desk, Determine/resolve problems reported from end users, system operators & help desk.
Required Skills
1. Oracle HCM experience – with focus on HR (e.g Oracle HRMS, Oracle SSHR, Oracle Workflow, OLM, Oracle BI, SQL)
