We're partnering with an established organisation looking to strengthen their SAP HR & Payroll support function. This is a business-facing technical role where you'll be the go-to expert for day-to-day system support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
You'll work directly with end users resolving tickets and queries, whilst also getting involved in strategic projects that enhance the HR and Payroll systems. This is a hands-on role that balances reactive support with proactive system optimisation.
What you'll be doing:
* Frontline SAP HR & Payroll support – troubleshooting payroll errors, wage types, PCRs, and configurations
* Managing user queries and tickets efficiently
* Analysing processes and identifying system improvements
* Supporting Time Management integration and payroll execution
* Root cause analysis, system upgrades, and compliance management
What we're after:
* 3–5 years in SAP HR Payroll with strong troubleshooting skills
* Hands-on configuration experience (payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types)
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to manage pressure and conflicting priorities professionally
* Strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
* Team-oriented with flexibility and a collaborative approach
Nice to have:
SAP SuccessFactors experience
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA HR & Payroll or Fiori Apps
Familiarity with GDPR and data security regulations
Experience writing functional specs for ABAP development
SAP Query and reporting tools knowledge
ITIL or Agile/Project Management experience
